Reporting into our User Planner Manager, this role centres on championing the use of segmented and personalised communications to grow Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) across the Customer Lifecycle for The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery. Translated another way - Reach the right consumer at the right moment with the right message.
