Store Manager - Royal Oak

What you will be doing?


You will engage and motivate your team to bring technology out of the box, off the shelf and to life. Your team will spark the customers’ imagination through advice, education and live demonstrations.


The store team is a diverse one that provides a full end-to-end service to the customer. From service, instore to delivery, set-up and support in customers’ homes - you will oversee the team to deliver this.


Our store is your store. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing it - from the customer to team, financial to marketing and visual merchandising.


Who we are looking for?


We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, our products and what we do. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities comes easy and you pride yourself on your coaching and leadership skills.


You will be commercially savvy and demonstrate a good understanding of retail and what drives business performance. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality and believe that service and relationship building with customers is key.
