Support Office
Our Store Support Office (SSO) in Auckland is home to more than 700 team members working on our e-commerce, marketing, data and insights, buying and IT teams. It's also home to our HR, Finance, Corporate Affairs and Leadership teams. Whichever role you join us in, you can help shape the future of TWG.

Distribution Centres
At the heart of our success is our network of Distribution Centres. They are vital in keeping our stores well stocked and delivering fast orders to our online customers. We have 6 distribution centres across the country with our main site in South Auckland. Whichever DC you join, you'll be working behind the scenes to support and enable an exceptional customer experience.

John Journee - Interim CEO
John has had an extensive retail career, which includes executive experience across sectors that span general merchandise, fashion apparel, FMCG, consumer electronics, telecommunications, hospitality and electricity retailing.
Over John's 30-year career he has spent 15 years with The Warehouse Group, starting as a joint venture partner in 1990 and progressing through senior roles in operations, marketing, merchandise, international sourcing and business development. John has also had CEO roles with Noel Leeming and foodservice distributor Southern Hospitality.
He is currently the interim CEO of the Warehouse Group and an Executive Director.
