What advice would you give to someone who wants to do what you do?
Every meeting needs an action plan, assign every task and give very clear timeframes of when it needs to be achieved. Communication and a clear milestone plan is key.
Why do you love working with The Warehouse Group?
I love the people that I work with, they are really down to earth. I like that there is so much variety across TWG roles and that you can use your proven behaviour skills to try out new roles and learn on the job. What have been your career highlights at TWG so far?
One of my career highlights would be the work I did with the Period Poverty programme. The first campaign was tested in 10 stores where we collected product donations and worked with Period Place to give locally. That is also where we started the roll out of free period products in the bathrooms for our teams nationwide.

Great, strong team work. Working in small Agile teams with a clear focus, making a difference within a small timeframe.
