There is constant opportunity to learn which keeps me engaged however it's all about the people! (how cliche!)
What advice would you give to someone who wants to do what you do?
The most important factor under our control is our mindset and ability to face into challenges. You do not have to have all the answers as a Chapter Lead but to use your intuition to guide your team.
