Day in the life of your role.

Working on various projects on driving TWG culture and capability which involves stakeholder management, meeting with senior leaders and mapping out leadership programmes. I also coach and facilitate.

What is your favourite part of your job?

The aspect of my job that I find most fulfilling is contributing value to our business and providing support to our stakeholders. 

What advice would you give somone who wants to do what you do?

Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and curiosity. Connect and collaborate and look for opportunities to create better learning experiences for others. 

Why do you love working with The Warehouse Group?

I love that you expand and grow within the business. I started in Store Operations and worked my way through multiple roles and have now been in HR for over 5 years.
