The Customer Care team think customer in everything they do and are our customers' first point of contact for all enquiries related to both product and services. Our expert team work across multiple platforms from phone, email, webchat and even our social media messages, ensuring enquiries are answered and leaving our customers' knowing they are truly at the heart of everything we do.
Every day our team live and breathe our core values to guide our conversations, actions and decisions, Whakaarohia te Kaiutu (Think Customer), Mahi I ngā mahi pai (Own It) and Kia haepapa (Do Good). With these core values across our brands, our team handle over 40,000 phone enquiries, 30,000 emails and 40,000 webchats a month. To do this, we have a dedicated team that is passionate about quick and accurate resolutions for our customers.
Our diverse team of just over 100 Customer Care Team Members sit across three sites, including Northcote and Wiri, Auckland as well as Melville, Hamilton.
