Our Finance team provides the commercial and financial knowledge that allows us to grow as a business and ensure our long-term financial sustainability. Our finance team is diverse, capturing: Corporate Finance, Transactional Services, Strategy, Internal Audit & Risk, Treasury, and Corporate Planning & Analysis (Business Advisory). Our Finance Team members work in partnership with our internal stakeholders providing financial and management accounting information and reporting, coupled with recommendations and insight analysis to drive exceptional performance and savvy business decisions.

Our Data and Insights team are passionate about data and solving business challenges, ultimately enabling the business to make data informed decisions. They connect the dots, combining the science of data and the art of customer understanding. Team member roles can fit across any of the following areas of data: Research, Analytics, Data Science, Experience or Business Intelligence & Visualisation. Some of our other Data expertise and team members sit in our technology function.

Our property team is responsible for TWG's property interests across our brands, including tenancies and land holdings. Along with driving TWG's property strategy and investment decisions this team are also responsible for facilities management (across our network) and project management of store design programmes. Team members range from: Property Managers, facilities and maintenance, through to our onsite Gym manager, mailroom team members and admin and accounts specialists.

Our Legal and Compliance team provide thought leadership and advice to safeguard the business. They also ensure the smooth running of our Board of Directors meetings, corporate governance and compliance with the NZX Listing Rules.
