Learning and Development Platform
Our internal Learning & Development platform is the first stop for our team members looking to broaden their knowledge and skills. From courses on management development to mental health, wellbeing and inclusion, team members can access free training when and where it suits them.
Online Learning Tools
Store Support Office team members have access to a large online learning platform, connecting them to the latest professional development learning. Udemy has over 5,000 courses providing access to learning, including leadership, design, machine learning, data science and more.
Toastmasters
The TWG Toastmasters club provides a supportive and positive learning environment, which aims to improve confidence, communication, public speaking and leadership skills.
Link Leadership Development Programme
Our SSO team have access to the Link Leadership Development Programme. A variety of 90 minute face to face bite sized sessions for team members to choose from - from leading self and leading others to developing a growth mindset.
