You will assist the Trading Manager with everything shopfloor related including stockroom and the price integrity team.
Sales Support 2IC
You will work closely with the Sales Support Manager to assist in leading and developing your team in all customer processes - across checkouts, loss prevention and admin
Self Checkout
Play an active role in loss prevention, ensuring the area is always customer ready and being mobile to best respond to the needs of the customers.
Green Gardening
In this role you will be passionate about helping our customers with all of their gardening needs.
Checkout
Ensuring our customers receive fast service at the checkout and that they feel valued.
Apparel
Delivering an excellent customer experience in our Apparel department. Ideally you will have a special interest in clothing & footwear.
Fill Team
Helping to clear product deliveries from the stockroom and display it on the shop floor. Ensuring products are priced and that promotions are ticketed and has the right signage.
Price Integrity
This role will facilitate price changes, set-up promotions while ensuring all ticketing is accurate, execute merchandising to high standard & feedback trading info to management.
Admin
This role will be reponsible for looking after stock control, reporting, invoicing and completing stock take duties.
Loss Prevention
Primary focus will be preventing shrinkage (theft), following procedures around recovery and promoting a safe environment for both our team and customers.
Service Desk
Based at our customer service desk, you will assist customers with their inquiries, process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also help support and supervise the Checkout area.
Shopfloor
In this role, you will be happy to dig in where required - whether its collecting trolleys, restocking shelves, ticketing, cleaning and of course helping our customers.

You will support the Trading Manager in all areas of stationery, entertainment and technology. In the Copy Centre, you will get involved with photocopying, binding, laminating and helping with personalised product ordering.

Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial part in selling, creating solutions and ensuring our customers have a memorable experience in store.
Whiteware Specialist
Specialising in cooktops, ovens, rangehoods and kitchen whiteware, you will work closely with your customers, promoting and selling the worlds leading cooking and whiteware brands.
Customer Service Rep
In this role, you will deal with all customer inquiries including hire purchase contracts, sales inquiries, credit applications, cash sales and handling our returns process.
Store Person
You'll be the hub for all things stock related. You'll coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, customer orders and product repairs. You will also check product availability and ensure the inventory system is up to date and accurate.
