This is where The Warehouse Group all began. Consumers might know The Warehouse as the place where everyone gets a bargain, but behind all that is a desire to give back and help New Zealand flourish.
The Warehouse has over 90 stores around the country, over 8000 team members and is supported by over 1000 people at The Warehouse Group Store Support Office.
“We’re looking for people who are passionate about helping New Zealand flourish – that means making a difference for our customers, our business and themselves. Our people are proud to work for The Warehouse and as a Leadership Team we work hard to make this the best place to work in New Zealand.”
Pejman joined The Warehouse Group in 2005 as Head of Central Operations and then GM Operations and Property for The Warehouse. Pejman was appointed CEO of Warehouse Stationery in 2013 and the Torpedo7 Group in 2014. When The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery were combined, he was appointed CEO of both businesses in early 2017.
He started his retail career in 1995, working with Marks and Spencer before spending a decade with retailers across the UK. He’s had roles with brands like ASDA-Walmart, J.Sainsbury and Iceland, in Operations, Format Development, Category Development and Non-Food.
A customer-led, people-centred business, The Warehouse has always been about giving back – we believe we have a part to play in helping our people, environment and communities flourish. Everything we do is focused on delivering on that promise, from the work we do in the community, to the way we treat our people.
Working with us, you’ll notice our uniquely Kiwi culture – relaxed, down-to-earth and passionate. We work hard, are fiercely committed to our customers, and have fun along the way too.
